Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Has all original tags and packaging intact
- Is not a sale, discounted, or customised item (these are final sale)
- Is not from our made-to-order category (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Stitched/customised garments tailored to your measurements
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
- Accessories, dupattas, or jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us to check availability before returning your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
